An epic contest at the Fantasy Bookspot

Another great contest for a hardcover trilogy of R. Scott Bakker's Prince of Nothing trilogy is underway, this time at the Fantasy Bookspot. Did I mention that the books are SIGNED by Bakker? It's free to enter, so check it out...

And here are a few more great quotes on The Thousandfold Thought and the Prince of Nothing trilogy:

Tolkien comes to mind while reading Bakker: Names have an elvish ring to them, but more than that, a complete, detailed land, populated by heroes, villains and their conflicts, on small and large scales, awaits the reader. There’s no doubt that the accompanying maps and encyclopedic glossary are testament to Bakker’s realizations.
-Kansas City Star

With these three novels Bakker joins the ranks of Erickson, Banker, Scott and Barclay as part of a wave of fantasy authors who are breaking down the barriers between fiction and fantasy. Without pretension they set out to tell their stories and in doing so create whole new possibilities for the genre...The Thousandfold Thought is the masterful conclusion to a trilogy of the highest order. I can only hope that Mr. Bakker will soon create more worlds for us to discover.
