Photos from Overlook's BEA

After much contrast-futzing and light correcting, here are some photos from Overlook's BEA weekend in DC. Click on the pictures to view full sized...

In case there is any confusion on the matter, that's Peter Mayer on the left, smoking in the booth, and the statue on the right was from the Ripley's Believe It...Or Not! booth. Another year without getting busted. Amazing.

Peter and Alex Young working the booth, and Alex with Robert Irwin's DANGEROUS KNOWLEDGE, a history of Western Orientalists' study of Islam, on the way this Fall.

Along with Robert Littell's VICIOUS CIRCLE, Charles McCarry's books (left) were a huge hit with espionage fans at the show. Mat, Josh, and Alex in front of the booth at the close of Friday. We're small, but we're scrappy.

Ever wonder what $35 of coffee looks like? Mat's ready to head home by Sunday afternoon...

Great to put some faces to names this weekend. See you next year in New York!
