Toronto Star lists 20 books that never have been made into movies but should have and should be. In it he recognizes
The Dice Man by Luke Rhinehart and Bug Jack Barron by Norman Spinrad. But is Dice Man in Production? Imdb hints that it is. I'd vote for Depp in the lead role. I'd also add a Charles McCarry book or two to the list. The Tears of Autumn starring Jack from "Lost" as Christopher. I'd see that. Enjoy the entire list here.
