The heirs of P. G. Wodehouse

The Chap Olympiad, not to be confused with the 127th Annual Upper Class Twit of the Year Competition (though the comparison is not too far off), was recently held in London...

"The Chap, in association with Hendrick's Gin, hosted the most spectacular of its annual Olympiads on 13th July in Bedford Square Gardens, London. Attendance peaked at 700 immaculately-clad souls, many of whom braved the forbidding Chap Olympic Track and Fields, bordered by picket fences, to enter into such challenging events as the Three-Trousered Limbo, the Pipe Relay and the Hendrick's Steeplechase."

A Wodehousian venture if I ever saw one... You can click through a photo set from the BBC here. Indeed, sir...
