On the twelfth day of Christmas Overlook Press gave to me...

Welcome back! It has been a fantastic twelve days, readers, but every good thing must come to an end. Today we wrap up our 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway. Each day we have carefully selected books for themed gift packs we thought were unique and memorable and happily sent them off one by one to loving new owners. It was fun playing Santa while it lasted. On this 12th Day of Christmas, we happily pass the Santa Hat to you; today's winner gets to choose their own gift!

Overlook Press proudly publishes numerous author collections and we want you to take home a trio from your favorite writer. The lucky winner may select among the following:

Penny Vincenzi, hailed by Glamour magazine as "the doyenne of the modern blockbuster," is one of the world's preeminent writers of popular fiction. Her bestselling romantic masterpieces are steeped in drama, mystery, and intrigue which keep her loyal fans coming back for more time and time again. We are offering: No Angel, Almost a Crime, and an advance copy of her January release Another Woman.

P.G. Wodehouse is a reliable master of social satire lauded worldwide as one of the greatest comedic writers of the twentieth century. With a literary career spanning seventy years, his charming British wit and distinctive characters continue to stand the test of time. Overlook has revived the comic genius in The Collector's Wodehouse, a handsome one-of-a-kind collection printed on Scottish cream-wove, acid-free paper, and sewn and bound in full cloth. We are offering: The Old Reliable, Plum Pie, and Love Among Chickens.

Walter R. Brooks is the author of twenty-six stories in the beloved Freddy the Pig series which has enchanted children for generations. First published in 1927 and 1957, these children's classics starring Freddy and his Bean Farm animals friends have been newly packaged in collectable paperbacks for a new generation of readers. We are offering: Freddy the Detective, Freddy the Politician and Freddy the Magician.

Susan Hill is an internationally lauded mystery writer known for her gripping Simon Serrallier series as well as her novella Woman in Black which has been adapted for the stage and is now a major motion picture starring Daniel Radcliffe. Hill's storytelling prowess and rich character development continues to captivate audiences in the U.S. and around the world. We are offering: The Various Haunts of Men, The Shadows in the Street, and The Risk of Darkness.

So what do you say, shall we put the non-rhyming, nonsensical, too-many-syllable song together from the top? On second thought, we trust you all have memories like an elephant. Thanks for all the wonderful comments and interest in Overlook Press books over the past year. We have lots of exciting things planned for 2012 and look forward to sharing with you. Whatever and wherever you are celebrating this season, we wish you Merry Holidays, Safe Travels, and Happy Reading! See you next year!

I won on the first day of Christmas. Does that mean I'm out of the contest now?
If not, I'd love to try again.
